Well done year 5 on a fantastic assembly.
Wow what a performance from our bands in Rocksteady. Best yet! All the bands performed in front of an audience of year 5 and year 6 children and parents. Parents were impressed with how hard they had worked this term with band leader Poppy. If you are interested signing up your child to this, please look at the attached flyer.

Year 1 loved showing Key Stage 1 and their parents all about their learning this year and how hard they have been working. They taught everyone a poem to help them remember their number bonds to 10 and acted out one of their favourite books this year; Owl Babies. They showed the messy maps they had collaborated to make during their Geography lessons and shared their trip to Lincoln Castle. Year 1 finished off their assembly by sharing some of their music from this year; singing 'The big ship sails on the ally-ally-oh' and performing The Cha Cha slide! Well done Year 1!

Inspiring, well done Mr Swain.
Year 2 enjoyed sharing their learning about the Great Fire of London, Florence Nightingale and the continent of Africa during their class assembly on the final day of last term. They treated us to lots of singing, dancing, art, drama and music, wonderfully showcasing all of their knowledge and talents in front of the school and parents. It was a fantastic celebration of their hard work and confidence. Well done, Year 2!

Reception class had a lovely trip to Rand Farm today, the children were all so well behaved. We started our day with a tractor ride, before going and feeding some animals in the barn. Some goats were so hungry that we had a few incidents of them just taking the whole bag of food out of the children’s hands! After we went to the hatchery to see some chick before lunch. Then we went to see a cow being milked, before getting to bottle feed some baby lambs. We also had a bit of free time to explore the play equipment.se enter an introduction for your news story here.
